As long as they aren't printed by a government mint, they are considered silver rounds - not silver coins. If you want to buy silver rounds, make sure you pay attention to this detail.
The advantage to silver rounds is that there is no premium charged when you buy them. You get the most bang for your buck when you "buy silver rounds" as opposed to American silver eagles, for example.
