Advantages of buying silver rounds are many:
I am writing this article to help people who want more silver for their dollar when investing in silver. The moment you are convinced that silver is the right investment vehicle for your future or if you are just simply a silver addict like myself…the question that comes to you mind is…..what do I buy? Do I buy silver rounds? Silver bars? Silver coins? Junk silver? What is the difference? Like I said, this article is intended for people who want more silver for their money. By the end of this, you should know how to buy silver easily and without hesitation.
When you buy silver, there are many types to choose from….some examples would be : bullion coins, silver bullion rounds, silver bars and etc…..If you want to get the most amount of silver for your money then silver rounds would be the best choice. The reason that I prefer generic "silver rounds" is simply because it cost less but you are getting the same quantity of silver as if were to buy silver coins. The difference between a silver coins and silver rounds is that the silver coins are minted by our government. Silver coins are typically more expensive and usually you would pay more premium over the spot price but remember this….you are getting the same amount of silver which is 1 troy ounce .999 pure silver. Silver rounds are just generic silver coins and it could be minted by any private mint and typically is 2-4 bucks less than the government minted coins. I believe that buying silver rounds is the way to go - not only because it’s less expensive, but also because if you buy your silver rounds in smaller increments it will be easier for you to sell or barter when the silver price shoot sky high.
Make sure that you buy smaller increments of the silver rounds, this is a very important point…like I said when the price of silver shoots sky high not many people are going to be able to afford the 100 oz, 10 oz, 5 oz silver bars or rounds.
